The Grove Restaurant in Auckland has won many awards for their amazing food and we love to eat there when we're down that way. After a magnificent meal one night, the boss was left wishing we could combine that same experience with our wonderful view... and so the idea was born.
For 10 days over the summer break we turned Donkey Bay Inn into a grove pop-up restaurant.
Their chefs combined quality local ingredients with herbs from our garden to create a spectacular 9 course degustation and our guests came from far and wide to enjoy it.
